Customer Service Representative

Your main responsibilities will be:

  1. Performs all customer service duties to include answering customer service inquiries via email, fax and telephone regarding account status, product information and price information.
  2. Responds to customer questions in an expeditious and tactful manner.
  3. Understands customers’ needs and recommends office products to them.

Expectations:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. At least 2 years customer service experience or retail office supply experience
  3. Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  4. Attention to detail
  5. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  6. Office products knowledge and Managed Print Service (MPS) background are advantageous

Warehouse Worker

Your main responsibilities will be:

  1. Loads, unloads and transfers merchandise to designated area in accordance with training procedures.
  2. Verify information against bill of lading, invoices and orders.
  3. Stocks merchandise in warehouse to include utilizing equipment and lifting and carrying merchandise to place on shelves.
  4. Inspects merchandise for deficiencies or breakages prior to shipment or warehouse storage.
  5. Efficiently pick customer orders in accordance with invoice, completes appropriate paperwork, and places a copy with the merchandise for shipment.
  6. Operates tap gun to seal boxes for shipment or stock daily.
  7. Carry or transport orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms with material handling equipment.
  8. Records all merchandise discrepancies on appropriate paperwork.
  9. Completes inventory preparation for warehouse stock.
  10. Maintains a neat and orderly workplace at all times to include moving pallets, sweeping, and removing/disposing of debris.
  11. Follows safety procedures in accordance with approved training, and reports dangerous conditions to management immediately.
  12. Performs other related warehouse duties as assigned.

Expectations:

  1. High School Diploma or Equivalent
  2. Previous warehouse experience, preferably at least 2 years
  3. Basic Computer Skills (MS Office)
  4. Must be able to read and count accurately, do simple math
  5. Excellent multi-tasking skills
  6. Must be able to operate a forklift
  7. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
  8. Attention to detail
  9. Transportation/dispatch experience is ideal
  10. The successful candidates must be able to pass the pre-employment drug test and background check.

Work Schedule: shifts vary, we will expect the new hires to be flexible with shift hours.

Driver

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this role is responsible for:

  1. Routing, scheduling, and assigning driver personnel; answering questions.
  2. Responding to emergency telephone requests as appropriate, referring to supervisor as needed.
  3. Routinely updates and maintains computerized route sequencing in accordance with established procedures.
  4. Planning, and scheduling of driver routes and arranging of drivers and equipment.
  5. Listen to voice mail for the purpose of determining departmental absences and balancing routes.
  6. Monitor communications between sales and customer service representatives to respond to customer requirements.
  7. Assist with identifying and resolving fleet maintenance and repair issues.
  8. Facilitate forklift training and re-certification training for warehouse staff.
  9. Provide backup driver support or loading of trucks as required.
  10. Perform other warehouse related duties as assigned.

Expectations:

  1. Excellent customer service skills
  2. Proof of valid WA Driver’s license
  3. Clean driving record
  4. Sound knowledge of Puget Sound Area
  5. High school diploma or equivalent
  6. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs

Complete Office is seeking a seasoned Account Representative to sell business printing to our existing client base and to uncover new sales opportunities. We have a loyal and established client base, and we strive to be their “one stop, one source” vendor of choice.

Responsibilities include:

  1. As a print product expert, aggressively introduce our new print sales department to new and existing clients, solicit quotes and close the sale using a respectful and consultative sales approach.
  2. Work closely and cooperatively with our Print Services Manager to secure accurate job specifications in the quoting process, in job input and help facilitate the print production process as needed.
  3. Demonstrated client advocacy skills.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 3 to 5 years printing industry Outside Sales experience ideally in business printing environment.
  2. Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  3. Thorough understanding of printing terminology, concepts, and current and emerging technologies as they relate to print production.

Requirements:

  2. Prior experience in office furniture industry, general knowledge of systems furniture
