Outside Sales Account Manager

Do you have 4-6 years of business-to-business sales experience? Are you driven to hunt for accounts?

Complete Office, the largest and fastest growing independent distributor of office products in the Western U.S, is seeking an outside Sales Account Manager in our Tukwila office. We were recently named as one of the fastest growing private companies in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 as well as one of the “Best Companies to Work For” in Washington State in 2007 and 2010 by Puget Sound Business Journal.

Reporting to the General Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

  1. Develop new accounts and manage existing accounts
  2. Establish and maintain customer relationships
  3. Utilize consultative selling skills to determine customers’ needs
  4. Meet and exceed sales goals

Requirements:

  1. Track record of successful business to business sales or relevant type of work
  2. Office products industry experience is preferred
  3. Excellent cold calling, follow-up, communication and organizational skills
  4. Must be sales driven and self-motivated
  5. Must have strong work ethic
  6. Professionalism, enthusiasm and a can do attitude are required

Inside Sales Account Representative

Outside Printing Sales Representative

Do you have 5 years of printing industry sales experience? Do you want to work for one of the fastest growing independent distributors of office products in the Western U.S? Complete Office is seeking a seasoned Account Representative to sell business printing to our existing client base and to uncover new sales opportunities. We have a loyal and established client base, and we strive to be their “one stop, one source” vendor of choice.

Responsibilities include:

  1. As a print product expert, aggressively introduce our new print sales department to new and existing clients, solicit quotes and close the sale using a respectful and consultative sales approach.
  2. Work closely and cooperatively with our Print Services Manager to secure accurate job specifications in the quoting process, in job input and help facilitate the print production process as needed.
  3. Demonstrated client advocacy skills.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 3 to 5 years printing industry Outside Sales experience ideally in business printing environment.
  2. Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  3. Thorough understanding of printing terminology, concepts, and current and emerging technologies as they relate to print production.
  4. Attention to detail is a must as is a strong work ethic.
  5. Ideal candidate will currently be working in a similar capacity and positioned to bring their accounts on board.
  6. Professionalism, enthusiasm and a can do attitude are required.

Outside Furniture Sales Account Manager

Do you have 5 years of B2B office furniture sales experience? Are you driven to hunt for new accounts and maintain our existing accounts?

Reporting to the Furniture Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

  1. Prospect in the local marketplace for the new furniture opportunities
  2. Qualify customers to identify their needs with respect to furniture products
  3. Develop account plans for existing accounts that maximize penetration and retention
  4. Manage the day to day relationship with existing clients and provide knowledgeable advice about furniture products
  5. Provide excellent customer service during and after the sale
  6. Meet sales objectives and goals as established by the company

Requirements:

  1. Previous B2B office furniture selling experience
  2. Prior experience in office furniture industry, general knowledge of systems furniture
  3. Excellent selling and customer service skills
  4. Must be computer literate (MS Office)
  5. Must be detail oriented
  6. Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  7. Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, and problem solving skills
  8. Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks
