Who is Complete Office?
Complete Office is a locally owned business to business office products supplier. We are now one of the fastest growing companies in Washington State. CO was formed after the purchase of Washington’s oldest office products company, Trick and Murray. As you may know Trick and Murray had provided quality office products and services to many of the Northwest’s leading businesses since 1905. Can I buy the same brands of supplies from Complete Office that I received from my last supplier?
We carry ALL the same name brand product’s that your current vendor supplies. In addition we carry “value added” Universal brand products that offer same quality / lower cost alternatives to some of the name brand products. Your account manager can provide you with a list of these products and explain how we can add them to your ordering favorites.
How will my products be delivered?
Complete Office has its own fleet of trucks with drivers that are both professional and courteous. Your company will have the same driver that consistently delivers orders to you. Occasionally, we will use a 2nd party service for delivery in extenuating circumstances.
How does Complete Office invoice our company?
We have a variety of billing options to suit your needs. We will work with you to determine which flexible billing plan works best for your company.
Are my supplies delivered the next business day at no extra charge?
All products are delivered next day at no charge to the customer. We also understand that from time to time same day delivery is necessary. In the event this need should arise please call us and we will be happy to assist you with your request.
How are credits and returns handled?
We understand that mistakes are made therefore all items in our 30,000+ plus catalog and internet site are returnable within thirty days of purchase as long as it is in like new condition with all the original packaging (Furniture, Food, Medicine and First-aid products are non-returnable). When you have a return please notify us and we will pick up the item on our next delivery to your office. Click here to request a return.

Online Shopping Questions
How do I request a login to order online?
Contact your Complete Office Account Manager or fill out our sign-up form to request a login.
Is there a tutorial on how to order online?
Yes, you can go to our Order Online page to download the tutorial.
I forgot my username and/or password, how do I get it back?
On the login page there is a link that says "Forgot your password". You can click that link, answer the security question and a temporary password will be emailed to you. Or you can contact customer service and we can send the temporary password or reset the password for you.
The site says my username and password are wrong or do not exist.
The username or password you entered are incorrect. The login credentials are case sensitive, be sure you have caps lock turned off. If you have tried to login more than 5 times you may be locked out and will either need to try again later or call customer service and we can unlock your account and help you login.
I know the item number but it doesn't work when I search for it.
The Quick Search function is best used when you need to search for a keyword (for example: pens, paper, binders). If you have the item number for the product then try using the Quick Order feature located below Quick Search. This feature will allow you to put in any item number that we can supply. Type the item number in, press enter, then click "save order to cart" to add it to your shopping cart.
I am receiving an error, what do I do?
The first thing you will want to try is to click "back" on your internet browser and to try the action again. If it continues to give you an error then please fill out our Online Shopping Support Form. We will contact you soon to help resolve the error.
How do I return items online?
You can submit a return request by filling out the Return Items form.
How do I order for a new ship-to address?
New ship-to addresses must be setup in our back-end system. Please contact customer service to request that a new address be added.
How do I order a custom stamp online?
Custom stamps and signs can be ordered by filling out the form found on our Custom Stamp page and then sending it to customer service. We will contact you if we have any questions about the order.
