Outside Printing Sales Representative

Complete Office is seeking a seasoned Account Representative to sell business printing to our existing client base and to uncover new sales opportunities. We have a loyal and established client base, and we strive to be their “one stop, one source” vendor of choice.
Responsibilities include:
- As a print product expert, aggressively introduce our new print sales department to new and existing clients, solicit quotes and close the sale using a respectful and consultative sales approach.
- Work closely and cooperatively with our Print Services Manager to secure accurate job specifications in the quoting process, in job input and help facilitate the print production process as needed.
- Demonstrated client advocacy skills.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years printing industry Outside Sales experience ideally in business printing environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Thorough understanding of printing terminology, concepts, and current and emerging technologies as they relate to print production.
- Attention to detail is a must as is a strong work ethic.
- Ideal candidate will currently be working in a similar capacity and positioned to bring their accounts on board.
- Professionalism, enthusiasm and a can do attitude are required.
