Just wanted to shoot you a quick email to let you know how much we appreciate Mike the delivery guy. Today he delivered a large cabinet (125+ lbs) for Jill's office and rather than just drop it inside the door and leave he took that extra minute to find me and ask where in the office it needed to go. We took it straight there and then he also helped me get it out of the box so I could make sure there was no damage, etc. Mike is always upbeat and helpful when he comes in here, a combination that can be rare to find sometimes.
